Congratulations to Erie DAWN on its 25th anniversary of ministry. Erie DAWN has provided services and housing for more than 1,000 women and children in the Erie community. We congratulate Director Maureen Dunn and her staff for a magnificent job of caring for and assisting women to become self-sufficient, independent, productive members of society through Erie DAWN’s excellent mentoring program.
We are grateful to Sister Phyllis Hilbert, SSJ, for ten years of service as Erie DAWN’s first Director, and to the many sisters, agrégées, and associates who served the ministry, including current board members Sisters Rosemary O’Brien and Ann Stephanie Stano.
As Erie DAWN moves forward, we are confident that the remarkable work done by everyone involved in this vital ministry will continue, and many more lives will be impacted for the better.
