Sisters Help Unveil St. Vincent History Wall
Earlier this month, several of our Sisters visited AHN Saint Vincent Hospital, where they joined hospital president Dr. Chris Clark to help unveil a new history wall.
Located in the back of the main lobby, the wall tells the story of St. Vincent Health System, from the day our Sisters opened its doors on September 5, 1875, to today. The hospital celebrated 150 years of service to the Erie community last year and created this display to highlight the hospital’s roots, key moments throughout its history, and service to neighbors without distinction embodied by our Sisters.
Today, St. Vincent is one of 16 hospitals operated by Allegheny Health Network, continuing the legacy of the Sisters by serving the needs of the Erie community and carrying that mission into the future.
