The Sisters of St. Joseph Mission & Ministries Foundation was established in 2015 as a sponsored ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Northwestern Pennsylvania. 

Mission

The mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph Mission & Ministries Foundation is to build resources to support the congregation, its ministries, and other like-minded organizations. While the fundamental work of the SSJ Mission & Ministries Foundation is fundraising, its ultimate purpose is to unite with community members to advance the SSJ mission and continue responding to the ever-changing needs of the era and area for generations to come.

Vision

The Sisters of St. Joseph Mission and Ministries Foundation is focused on advancing the mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Northwestern Pennsylvania. With its board of Sisters and community leaders, the Foundation invites others to join us in mission by giving from the blessings he or she possesses. Together, we can build a community of compassion and service to the dear neighbor, especially those in need. 

Join us as a Partner in Mission

When you make a gift to the Sisters of St. Joseph Mission & Ministries Foundation, you are more than a donor. You become our partner in mission.  Together – we bring hope and support to the poor and disenfranchised. We feed the hungry and shelter the homeless.  We care for children, women, families, and seniors. We help refugees and immigrants adjust to their new homes.  And we give voice to the voiceless – especially victims of social injustice.

Join us in mission with a one-time gift, a monthly pledge, or a gift in honor or memory of someone special.  Consider making a lasting impact with a planned gift, or share your time and talent as a volunteer at the Sisters of St. Joseph Community Living Center or one of our ministries.
